AFS products help to reduce environmental pollution and airborne pollutants in the workplace and indoors at our customers. But for us, environmental protection and responsible action already begin in production. We feel obliged to act as resource-saving and climate-neutral as possible. That's why we avoid long supply chains and unnecessary transport routes. The main components of our air purification devices all come from local suppliers.
We install state-of-the-art fans in our air purification devices, as well as those that comply with applicable energy efficiency standards and regulations. We try to reduce pressure losses in our devices, systems and filters to a minimum.
Manufacturing high-quality products and responding to the wishes and needs of our customers is a matter of course for AFS.
Functionality, long service life, long maintenance cycles, a resource-saving design, low operating costs, energy efficiency, service and maintenance friendliness and, last but not least, cost-effectiveness are in the foreground at AFS. We only use high-quality components, preferably and mostly from suppliers in the region.
Due to the regional proximity and close communication with our suppliers as well as our own production and assembly at our location in Übrigshausen, we achieve and maintain the highest quality standards and can react quickly and flexibly to short-term customer requests or order changes.
At AFS, employee turnover is very low and we have long-term and close business relationships with our distribution partners. Regardless of whether it is direct sales or sales partners, we guarantee competent and qualified advice and order processing.
The AFS air purification devices are available in nine different sizes. The smallest device can extract and clean 600 cubic meters of air per hour, the largest 16,000. For even higher extraction performance, the AFS devices can be combined with one another as desired. For the use of the AFS devices as series products for the initial equipment of machine tools, optimal solutions adapted to each machine have been developed together with the machine tool manufacturers for years. All motors for the fans in the AFS devices are supplied according to the ErP standard and are optionally available with a frequency converter.
